Collecting a Debt Workflow
Do you know a business or individual that isn’t paying you an outstanding debt? Collecting debts can be tricky, time-consuming and a bit overwhelming.
Our ‘Collecting a Debt’ Workflow will guide you through each and every step you need to take to successfully collect that debt.
The Workflow will let you know when you should send your Final Notice Letter, when to call your debtor(s) and when to get your Letters of Demands ready. It’s just that easy.
You won’t even need to go searching through our document library to find any documents or letters you need. Everything you need to collect that debt is embedded into the Workflow. So, it’s right at your fingertips.
Hiring a Contractor Workflow
We know that sometimes, hiring a contractor can be a tricky task. Our ‘Hiring a Contractor’ Workflow is the perfect way to ensure you’ve got every step right.
Not only will this Workflow provide you with all the information to successfully hire a contractor, but you’ll have access to quote templates, reference check templates and of course, your Contractors Agreement.
This Workflow guides you through everything from creating quotes for your contractors, right to any tax and super obligations you may need to provide.
You can now import Google documents and PDFs right into your My Documents folder within your Lawpath account. Just click the ‘import’ button and start importing.
Once you’ve uploaded your Google documents or PDFs into your My Documents folder, you’ll be able to use our eSignature tool. That’s right — you can now eSign whatever documents you desire.
By importing your documents, you will also be able to use your My Documents folder as a safe place to store all your important documents. Keeping you both secured and organized.
