Biography

Connor James is a lawyer and Principal of Law Quarter. His primary area of practice is commercial law- encompassing drafting, structuring, and litigation. Having successfully raised capital and run businesses himself, Connor brings a practical understanding of the realities of starting and growing a business.  In providing legal services, he looks at the wider business context giving clients true value and expertise.

Connor holds a Masters of Law (majoring in Commercial Transactions). He has worked extensively on mergers and acquisitions, marketing and promotions, energy law, and litigation in major courts.
