I am also one of the most experienced Arbitrators and Mediators in the state. I have served as Chairman of the Arbitration Liaison Committee, and have been a member of the Business Law Committee and Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the Law Society of New South Wales. I am also a Fellow of the Resolution Institute. I am often asked to act as an Expert by other solicitors and am called upon by the Supreme Court of New South Wales to arbitrate or provide Expert Determinations from time to time. I have served on the boards of numerous companies and have been the Chairman of national organisations including Catholic Health Australia and Southern Cross Care.
