End of Jobkeeper Notification Letter (Non Legacy)
This document serves as a formal notice to your employees about the end of the JobKeeper Scheme and provides them with information about their future employment conditions.Document Overview
It is applicable to non-legacy employers (employers who, from the 28th of September 2020, did not demonstrate a 10% decrease in revenue from the relevant quarter of the previous year).
Under the JobKeeper Scheme, businesses and not-for-profits impacted by COVID-19 were eligible to claim a payment of $1,500 per fortnight per eligible employee until the 28th of March 2021. Serving your employees with this notification letter will help you avoid any potential pay disputes that may arise following the cancellation of JobKeeper payments.
Additionally, if you provided any enabling directions to your employee(s) under the JobKeeper Scheme (such as changing their working days or hours), this letter will formally notify them about the end of any such changes. This letter will also allow you to provide formal notice to your employee(s) about any future changes to their role, including a return to their previous employment conditions, potential redundancy, or an invitation for further consultation.
