A highly skilled commercial lawyer, with over 20 years’ experience spanning both private practice and in-house.
Nicholas commenced his career at Mallesons Stephens Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons), widely regarded as Australia’s pre-eminent law firm. He spent 7 years at Mallesons, working in both the IT / IP and corporate departments. In 2009 he held the lead senior associate role on the Australian M&A Deal of Year – the merger between Lion Nathan and Kirin by scheme of arrangement.
Moving in-house, he has worked for a range of blue-chip organisations – SUEZ (French multinational), WiseTech Global and Macquarie Telecom.
