I am a an Accredited Family Law Specialist and the Managing Director of Neumann & Turnour Lawyers.

The majority of my practice focuses on family law disputes and resolution. I have extensive experience with complex property settlements involving private and publicly listed companies, trusts and partnerships. I work with other professionals including accountants, financial planners and counsellors to assist clients through all aspects of separation and divorce. I advise and represent clients through mediation, court proceedings and alternative resolutions, such as Financial Agreements.

My practice covers all issues involving children including child custody and care arrangements, child support, child protection and specific issues such as interstate and international relocation, international child abduction, court-approved overseas travel, changes of name, and alternative care arrangements (such as grandparents or extended family members).

I regularly appear as an advocate before:
- The Family Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia for child custody matters and property settlement;
- Queensland State Courts, particularly domestic violence hearings in the Magistrates Court;
- Government tribunals such as the Social Securities Appeals Tribunal for Child Support appeals and disputes; and
- private mediations.

I provide clients with a solid understanding of the family law system and work with them to reach the best outcome for them and their children.
