Albert is a commercial lawyer at Lawpath Legal with a practice focused on business and commercial transactions. He has advised a diverse range of clients from small and medium-sized enterprises, government and non-government organisations to large multinational corporations, delivering commercially astute and strategic legal solutions.
Albert has significant experience negotiating and finalising a wide range of commercial agreements. He has advised on on sale transactions involving business assets, shares and land. Albert has drafted and negotiated various deeds and agreements as well as retail and commercial leases. Taking a pragmatic, client-focused approach, Albert works closely with clients to understand, not just their legal issues but also their broader commercial objectives. Albert has also delivered presentations to business owners on buying and selling businesses and the legal risks and pitfalls associated with these transactions.
When not at work, Albert likes to spend time with his family and watching sport in particular rugby league, rugby union, American football and basketball.
Albert holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England and a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business.
