My journey with Lawpath as a Company account manager where I got to understand the ins & outs of setting businesses up, learn about various requirements in different industries. With the support of my managers and colleagues, I got the opportunity to progress into Business Services Team Lead role. It has given me a chance to hone my managerial abilities, influence post-sale client experience, and use cross-departmental collaboration to drive positive outcomes. My favourite part about Lawpath is the people and open culture that encourage you to pave your own path through the plethora of opportunities within the business.

Starting at Lawpath as a Sales Rep, I was given the tools and support needed to develop new skills and take on more responsibility, which has allowed me to progress into my current role as a Sales Operations Analyst. The company’s focus on growth and continuous learning has been instrumental in my career journey. What I enjoy most about working at Lawpath is the collaborative culture and the opportunity to work on innovative projects that truly make an impact.

I initially joined Lawpath as a sales consultant and later transitioned to the companies team. Now, as the team lead for the subscription sales team, I oversee both subscription sales and company registrations. In this role it’s been great to drive our sales strategy forward and support both my team and our clients in finding the best solutions for their needs. One of the most exciting aspects has been growing our team and supporting individuals as they grow in their roles.
