This mid-level position is a great opportunity for a bright and passionate developer who has either worked in a start up or a large corporation and wants to get into the Legal Tech space.
The role would see the candidate working with leading edge technologies and encourages out of the box thinking. This is a full-time permanent role on offer based in our Sydney office close to Central Station.

It’s a unique chance to work autonomously on upcoming features with the support of an experienced technical, design and business team.

We're looking for:

  • An experienced (3 years) full-stack Javascript developer. Startup experience preferred.
  • Solid skills in: Node.JS, Express, React
  • Superior in HTML5, CSS3
  • Understanding of Webpack, Linting and commit conventions
  • Knowledge or experience with NoSQL/graph databases: Neo4j, ElasticSearch
  • Proficient with Git and Amazon Web Services
  • Exceptional problem solving skills

This entry-level position is a great opportunity for a switched on and customer focused individual who has either studied IT or wants to get into the Legal Tech space. The role has a clear career progression path & there will be ongoing training. This is a full-time permanent role on offer based in our Sydney office close to Central Station.

It’s a unique chance to rotate between both the Support & Onboarding teams so you’ll get exposure to a wide range of tasks & learning.

In this role you’ll be:

  • The first point of contact for all customer support issues via email, chat and over the phone
  • Taking full ownership of customer support issues from diagnosis through to resolution, including email & telephone customer contact

  • Checking system functionality against software deliverables and providing feedback

An opportunity has become available to join our high achieving customer care and onboarding team to help fulfil our sales strategy. This position, based in our Sydney Office, is part of an engaged and driven sales team who is primarily responsible for converting leads to sales or briefs to paid quotes.

We are looking for a talented Customer Success Consultant that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. Our Consultants play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working closely with Lawyers and clients, generating interest from Consumers, qualifying briefs submitted by the Consumers and locking in quotations for the work they need done.

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements through discovery calls
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Lawyers for Quotes
  • Assist with performing effective online demos to prospects when required

Who're we looking for?

We're interested in first to final year law students. This position can count towards your PLT hours. The role is unpaid, rich in experience, and we are flexible fitting your hours around your university schedule.

Desired Skills

  • Studying law at a university level
  • Strong interest in legal technology such as document automation
  • Legal article / blog writing (not the boring traditional articles, we are looking for fun content)
  • Passionate, energetic and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating legal articles, ‘how-to guides’ and legal blog content
