Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with core teams, including marketing, sales, product and the leadership team to understand the systems and data points applicable to each group, and to advise on areas for opportunity and collaboration in ingesting, tracking and visualising data.
  • Understanding how customer data is structured in our systems, and segment the database based on criteria (product type, life cycle stage, demographics) to best target a specific market or user type.
  • Having a solid understanding of digital marketing and can manage and report on marketing campaign tracking, including sources across multiple channels like web, social, email, webinars, and online promotions.
  • Promoting best practices for maintaining a healthy business database and communicate these across the team.
  • Collaborating with cross-company departments like Product and Sales to maintain data standards. Maintaining integrations between multiple systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to track, measure, and report on results of various marketing functions to determine ROI
  • Advanced in data segmentation and reporting within a CRM and Marketing Automation system (Salesforce experience is highly regarded)
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in SQL and Python is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Life Time Value (LTV) and the sales lifecycle
