This entry-level position is a great opportunity for a switched on and customer focused individual who has either studied IT or wants to get into the Legal Tech space. The role has a clear career progression path & there will be ongoing training. This is a full-time permanent role on offer based in our Sydney office close to Central Station.

It’s a unique chance to rotate between both the Support & Onboarding teams so you’ll get exposure to a wide range of tasks & learning.

You’ll join a progressive company at the forefront of Legal technology with the opportunity to grow and develop with us.

In this role you’ll be:

  • The first point of contact for all customer support issues via email, chat and over the phone
  • Taking full ownership of customer support issues from diagnosis through to resolution, including email & telephone customer contact
  • Recording and tracking all customer support issues through our CRM systems (Salesforce and Intercom)
  • Checking system functionality against software deliverables and providing feedback
  • Reporting any bugs and use issues from end users
  • Identifying and recommending how we can continuously improve our support and customer experience
  • Creating support documentation and delivering customer training when required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Resourceful in finding answers themselves whilst also knowing when to escalate/seek help from others
  • Ability to quickly learn and use various systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to collaborate with customers to problem solve and find a resolution
  • Effectively multitask and manage competing priorities

The support centre operates between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday so you should be available every weekday for rotating shifts within these hours.

An opportunity has become available to join our high achieving Marketplace team to help fulfil our sales strategy. This position, based in our Sydney Office, is part of an engaged and driven sales team who is primarily responsible for converting leads to sales or briefs to paid quotes.

We are looking for a talented Customer Success Consultant that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. Our Marketplace Consultants play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working closely with Lawyers and clients, generating interest from Consumers, qualifying briefs submitted by the Consumers and locking in quotations for the work they need done.

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements through discovery calls
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Lawyers for Quotes
  • Assist with performing effective online demos to prospects when required

Requirements

  • Basic understanding and experience relating to inside sales experience (B2B or B2C)
  • Track record of over-achieving on targets
  • Strong phone presence and demonstrated resilience to be on the phone all day
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively

Practical Legal Training (PLT) Position (Volunteer) – Sydney CBD

Who’re we looking for?

We’re interested in first to final year law students. This position can count towards your PLT hours. The role is unpaid, rich in experience, and we are flexible fitting your hours around your university schedule.

Desired Skills

  • Studying law at a university level
  • Strong interest in legal technology such as document automation
  • Legal article / blog writing (not the boring traditional articles, we are looking for fun content)
  • Passionate, energetic and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating legal articles, ‘how-to guides’ and legal blog content
  • Assist in drafting legal agreements
  • Opportunity to assist in client facing services such as answering legal enquires, assessing legal needs and engaging with our lawyer network

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in ‘non-traditional’ legal services
  • Basic legal knowledge and passion for writing legal articles.
