Uche Okereke-Fisher was admitted to the NSW Bar in 2015. Her areas of practice include Employment/Industrial Relations, Discrimination, Consumer Protection Laws, Commercial contracts, Intellectual Property and IT law, Restraint of Trade, Criminal and Immigration Law.
Prior to commencing practice at the Bar, Uche was a practicing solicitor and member of the Law Society of New South Wales for eight(8) years. She has worked as Head of Legal, Senior Legal Counsel, Chief Contracts Negotiator, Legal and Compliance Manager for multiple IT Multi- National Companies. Uche has extensive experience negotiating and drafting multi-million dollar ICT, Financial services agreements. She is an alumnus of the Harvard Law Program on Negotiation.
