Shane's area of expertise lies within employment law, especially in relation to dealing with unfair dismissals, dispute resolution, negotiation and general protections disputes. He also holds extensive experience in producing workplace policies as well as contracts. However, he also has previous experience in criminal law as well as commercial litigation. He also possesses expertise in the area of contractual disputes and has a passion for pro bono work. He makes regular appearances in front of the Fair Work Commission and other courts and tribunals related to his line of work.
