You get unlimited 60-minute consultations (double the time of the standard plan), same-day booking for urgent matters, and direct email access to your lawyer between calls. The plan also includes 4 written contract reviews per year with detailed written summaries, 5 lawyer-drafted documents annually from our eligible list, and $2,000 in annual credits for complex legal work — credits roll over each year if unused. Multiple team members can use the plan. You also receive our Essentials plan free of charge (valued at $480 per year), which includes unlimited document creation from 550+ lawyer-drafted templates, AI customisation, PDF and Word downloads, smart workflows, and unlimited eSignatures.

Yes. With Legal Advice Plus you’ll have your own dedicated lawyer who builds a genuine relationship with your business over time — understanding your industry, your goals, and your history. No more explaining your situation from scratch every call.

Legal Advice Plan consultations are 30 minutes. Legal Advice Plus consultations are up to 60 minutes, giving you and your dedicated lawyer enough time to work through complex issues in depth – not just scratch the surface.

Yes. Legal Advice Plus members have direct email access to their dedicated lawyer for urgent questions and follow-up between calls. Your lawyer will respond within one business day, often sooner.

Legal Advice Plan includes verbal contract reviews during your 30-minute consultation — your lawyer reviews the contract live on the call and provides oral advice only. Legal Advice Plus includes 4 separate written contract reviews per year, where your dedicated lawyer reviews the document in their own time and provides a detailed written summary of their findings and recommendations.

The plan covers all general commercial matters relating to your business but excludes questions relating to personal, family, criminal, pre-litigation and litigation disputes, franchise, not-for-profit, strata, residential property, international law, patent, tax or migration matters.

Document and letter drafting and/or the dictation of clauses is not available as part of the legal advice consultations. However, these legal services are available as an additional service from your lawyer.

Each year your plan includes 5 professionally drafted legal documents from our eligible document list. You can use them however works best for your business — whether that’s 5 employment contracts for new hires, a mix of NDAs and service agreements, or any other combination from the eligible list. Your dedicated lawyer drafts each document to standard specifications.

The eligible list covers the most commonly needed business legal documents, including employment agreements, contractor agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and more. You can view the full eligible document list at  lawpath.com.au/lap-plus-terms. If you need something outside the list, your $2,000 annual credits can be applied to cover the cost.

Included documents are drafted to standard specifications by your dedicated lawyer. They’re professionally prepared and ready to use, built around your specific details. If your situation requires a more complex or custom approach, your dedicated lawyer will let you know and you can use your annual credits to cover the additional work.

That’s what your $2,000 in annual credits are for. Your dedicated lawyer will provide a quote for the work and apply your credits toward it. Any amount above your credit balance is charged separately.

Your annual credits can be applied to any complex legal work that goes beyond your included consultations and documents – bespoke commercial agreements, complex employment contracts, shareholder arrangements, due diligence reviews, or any other project that requires a custom quote. Your dedicated lawyer will guide you on when quoted work is appropriate. Credits do not cover government fees or disbursements.

Yes. Unused credits roll over each year, so you’re never starting from zero if you haven’t needed them.
