Jason is a partner at FAL Lawyers with extensive experience in commercial law and intellectual property (IP).
Jason practises at the interface of institutional research; corporate fund raising and development; and subsequent licensing and commercialisation of IP.
Jason provides advice in relation to complex transactions, including establishing multi-party consortia, research and consultancy contracts and negotiating and implementing licensing, assignment, shareholding and other commercialisation agreements.
Jason’s clients include research organisations, start-up companies, SMEs and listed companies. Jason acts as virtual in-house lawyer for an ASX-listed biotechnology company and has been named as one of the World’s 250 Leading Patent and Technology Licensing Lawyers by IAM (Intellectual Asset Management - 2010 and 2011).
