Jess is a practising solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales Australia and a Public Notary (also known as Notary Public) appointed to practise in New South Wales Australia.
Jess worked at renowned US, UK and Australian law firms and in-house legal departments of prestigious MNCs and listed companies throughout her legal career of about 20 years. She is especially interested in corporate and commercial laws and has been acting for international and local clients in complicated corporate and commercial transactions.
Jess has a UK and Australian legal background with practical working knowledge in Hong Kong and PRC laws. She is keen to bring quality legal services to global and local clients.
With sound commercial acumen (including accounting and industry knowledge), Jess advised clients from a broad range of industry sectors including but not limited to manufacturing, FMCGs, capital market, property development, information technology and cybersecurity, pharmaceuticals, supply chain and food and beverages. Jess wants to be part of her client’s business and be right there on time to provide valuable professional advice. She focuses on achieving win-win in a most cost-effective way and allowing business creativity within the legal boundaries.
In her leisure times, Jess likes to explore new places, acquire new skills and spend time with families and friends. Her fluency in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Hokkien had brought her closer to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
