Westpac
1. The Offer
Eligible customers may receive a Pre-Paid digital Gift Card with a value of up to $200 when they register their business through Lawpath and open an eligible Westpac Business One or Business One Plus account, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
The value of the Pre-Paid digital Gift Card depends on the type of registration completed with Lawpath:
- $200 Pre-Paid digital Gift Card for a company registration (ACN) through Lawpath.
- $50 Pre-Paid digital Gift Card for a sole trader business registration (ABN) through Lawpath.
This offer is limited to one Pre-Paid digital Gift Card per Lawpath customer account, regardless of the number or type of registrations completed.
The Pre-Paid digital Gift Card is not Lawpath credit. The Pre-Paid digital Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the card issuer, including any applicable expiry date. Westpac does not provide, issue, or administer the Pre-Paid digital Gift Card.
2. Offer Period
This offer commences on 30 March 2026 and will continue until withdrawn by Lawpath (the “Offer Period”). Lawpath reserves the right to withdraw or vary the offer at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. Participation is subject to availability and eligibility.
Any customer who completes a Lawpath business registration during the Offer Period will remain eligible to complete the Westpac account opening within 60 days, even if the offer is withdrawn.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for a Pre-Paid digital Gift Card, the customer must complete all of the following during the Offer Period:
(a) Register a business with Lawpath and obtain an ACN (for the $200 Pre-Paid digital Gift Card) or a sole trader ABN (for the $50 Pre-Paid digital Gift Card).
(b) Open a new Westpac Business One or Business One Plus account using the same ACN or ABN obtained through Lawpath within 60 days of the registration date.
For the avoidance of doubt, the customer must open a Westpac Business transaction account using the exact business identifier issued through their Lawpath registration — the ABN for a sole trader registration, or the ACN for a company registration. If the customer uses a different ABN or ACN (including using a company ABN instead of the ACN), the customer will not be eligible for the offer.
Additional eligibility conditions:
- This offer is limited to one Pre-Paid digital Gift Card per Lawpath customer account. A Lawpath customer account is a single account registered with a unique email and phone number.
- Where a customer completes both a company registration and a sole trader registration, only the first eligible registration will qualify for a Pre-Paid digital Gift Card.
- Sole trader ABN registrations are the only business registrations eligible for the $50 Pre-Paid digital Gift Card. ABN registrations linked to an existing registered company (as distinct from a sole trader ABN registration) are not eligible for the $50 Pre-Paid digital Gift Card.
- The Lawpath business registration must be completed during the Offer Period. The Westpac Business One or Business One Plus account must be opened within 60 days of the registration date. Registrations completed outside the Offer Period are not eligible.
Failure to meet any of the above requirements will result in ineligibility for the Pre-Paid digital Gift Card associated with that registration.
4. Eligibility Confirmation and Fulfilment
Eligibility for each Pre-Paid digital Gift Card is confirmed only once Lawpath receives confirmation from Westpac that the customer has successfully opened an eligible Business One or Business One Plus transaction account using the business details from the relevant Lawpath registration, within the required 60-day timeframe.
Once eligibility is confirmed, Lawpath will use reasonable endeavours to arrange for the applicable Pre-Paid digital Gift Card to be issued to the customer via the email address provided during Lawpath registration within 30 business days of eligibility confirmation.
In accordance with clause 28.3(c) of Lawpath’s general Terms and Conditions, by completing a business registration through Lawpath, customers consent to Lawpath sharing their ABN or ACN information with relevant third-party partners, including Westpac, to the extent necessary to facilitate partner offers and benefits. Westpac does not issue, fulfil, or administer the Pre-Paid digital Gift Card and is not responsible for its delivery, redemption, or any issues relating to the Pre-Paid digital Gift Card.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lawpath and Westpac exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with this offer, including (without limitation) any loss or damage arising from any delay in, or failure of, delivery or redemption of a Pre-Paid digital Gift Card, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights a customer may have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
6. General
- Pre-Paid digital Gift Cards cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
- If the eligible account is opened after the 60-day period due to a delay outside the customer’s control, the customer may contact Lawpath and, if Lawpath confirms the delay, the customer will remain eligible for the Pre-Paid digital Gift Card.
- Customers will not be disadvantaged where account opening delays arise due to Westpac verification or approval processes outside the customer’s control.
- Lawpath reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withhold or withdraw the offer where eligibility requirements are not met or where fraud or misuse is suspected.
- Lawpath administers fulfilment of the Pre-Paid digital Gift Cards. For gift card fulfilment queries, customers should contact Lawpath at [email protected]. Westpac can assist with account-related queries only.
- Westpac banking products are subject to Westpac’s standard terms, conditions, fees, charges, and approval processes.
- Lawpath services are subject to Lawpath’s standard terms and conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Xero

Offer Period

Eligibility
To be eligible for this promotion (an Eligible Customer), you must:
- Have not previously subscribed to or trialled Xero’s services;
- Register your company with Lawpath during the offer period; and
- Purchase the Xero Grow Plan subscription or above via Lawpath’s partner links during the offer period; and
- Remain on your paid Xero subscription for a minimum of 12 consecutive months.

Voucher Redemption
Eligible customers will receive an email from Lawpath within approximately 30 business days of completing payment of the 12th month of their Xero subscription, containing an access link to redeem their voucher. You must redeem your voucher within 30 days of receiving the redemption email. After this time, the promotional link will expire and will not be replaced.
Full Terms and Conditions
- The 90% off for 6 months offer is subject to the terms on the relevant Xero sign-up page, the conditions below, Xero’s terms of use, and privacy policy. By participating in this promotion, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by Xero for the purposes of administering the promotion.
- The $250 digital gift card is subject to the conditions below. Any fulfilment of vouchers for Eligible Customers is the full responsibility of Lawpath. Lawpath will share Eligible Customer information with Xero for Xero’s verification.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the $100 digital gift card, customers must:
- Register their company with Lawpath during the Offer Period; and
- Be a new TikTok for Business advertiser who has not previously created, topped up, or run ads on TikTok; and
- Spend AUD $200 in actual billed TikTok Ads spend (excluding credits or refunded spend).
Terms
- All gift cards are issued solely by Lawpath. TikTok does not issue or process gift card payments under this offer.
- The $100 gift card is issued by Lawpath to the customer via email within 30 business days of receiving eligibility confirmation from TikTok.
- Limited to one redemption per user/business/account.
- TikTok Ads credits, refunds, or non-billed spend do not count toward the AUD $200 spend requirement.

Offer Period

Terms
- A $70 digital gift card will be distributed to the eligible customer by Lawpath, subject to satisfaction of the applicable terms and conditions.
- The $70 gift card is issued by Lawpath to the customer via email within 30 business days of receiving eligibility confirmation from Design.com
- The gift card offer is not distributed by Design.com. Lawpath is solely responsible for gift card fulfilment.

Lawpath Refer a Friend
Earn $100 when you refer a friend to register their company with Lawpath. Commissions are tracked and paid out via PartnerStack.
Eligibility
To be eligible to earn a referral commission, you must:
- Be a registered Lawpath customer with an active account; and
- Share your unique referral link (generated via the Lawpath platform) with your referee; and
- Have your referee complete a company registration using your unique referral link.
Terms
- A $100 commission is payable per company registration completed by a referred customer using your unique referral link.
- Referral commissions are managed and paid out via PartnerStack. By participating in this program, you agree to PartnerStack’s program terms and conditions.
- Commissions are only payable on the referred customer’s first qualifying company registration.
- Self-referrals are not permitted. You may not use your own referral link to make a purchase.
- Lawpath reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions where fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms is suspected.
- Commissions cannot be transferred or redeemed outside of the PartnerStack payout process.
- Lawpath reserves the right to modify commission rates, eligibility criteria, or program structure at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication.
