  1. 90% off for 6 months offer is subject to the terms on the relevant Xero sign-up page, the conditions below, Xero’s terms of use, and privacy policy. By participating in this promotion, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by Xero for the purposes of administering the promotion.
  2. $250 Visa gift card is subject to the conditions below, and any fulfilment of vouchers for Eligible Customers is the full responsibility of Lawpath. Lawpath will share Eligible Customer information with Xero for Xero’s verification.
  3. This offer is only available to organisations that are new to Xero (not previously subscribed to or trialled)
  4. This offer is valid from 17 November 2025 to 31 January 2026 (Offer Period)
  5. To be eligible to receive the $250 gift card, the customer must:
    (a) Register their business with Lawpath OR purchase an Accounting Advice or Tax Compliance Plan during the offer period;
    (b) Purchase the Xero Grow Plan subscription or above via Lawpath’s partner links during the offer period; and
    (c) Remain on their paid Xero subscription for a minimum of 12 consecutive months (Eligible Customer)
  6. The gift card will only be issued where the customer maintains an active paid  Xero subscription for a minimum of twelve (12) consecutive months. Gift cards will be distributed by Lawpath following confirmation from Xero that the subscription has been maintained for this period. You must redeem your voucher within 30  days from the date of receiving the redemption email. After this time, the promotional link will expire and will not be replaced.
  7. The 90% discount applies to Xero Ignite, Grow, Comprehensive and Ultimate plans in Australia only.
  8. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Xero plan offer and is not exchangeable or redeemable for any other benefit.
  9. At the conclusion of the promotional period, the subscription will automatically renew at Xero’s then-standard rates.
  10. To access this offer, customers must sign up via the designated link using their referrer’s unique identifier.
  11. Limited to one voucher per Eligible Customer.
  12. Xero reserves the right to deny or remove any voucher eligibility if the customer is no longer a Xero Partner or subscriber or Xero reasonably believes the customer is not using the Promotion in good faith or is trying to game the system.
  13. Lawpath and Xero may amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer (including its terms, eligibility criteria, or duration) at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Lawpath website or other communication channels. Customers who have already qualified under the previous terms will not be adversely affected by subsequent amendments.
  14. Other than liability that can’t be excluded or limited by law, Xero disclaims all liability in connection with this promotion and is in no way responsible for the performance of Lawpath or the voucher retailer. You waive any claim you might have against Xero in regards to the promotion.
