A. OFFERS DETAILS

  1. Who are eligible for the Offers? The Offers are strictly limited to: (collectively “Eligible Customers”).
    • Westpac customers who have a Westpac Business One Account; and
    • who are New Lawpath Customers,
  2. When are the Offers available? The Offers are available from 9:00 am (AEST) on 25th September 2024 until 11:59 pm (AEST) on 24th September 2025 (“Offer Period”), unless otherwise varied by us.
  3. We reserve the right to vary or discontinue the Offers at any time. We will still honour the Offer for 12 months (“Subscription Period”) if you’ve accepted the Offers prior to it being discontinued.
  4. How do you accept the Offers? To accept the Offers, you must, during the Offer Period, purchase an Eligible Product subscription or package, using your Eligible Westpac Business Card or Bank Account, by signing up via the Offers landing page at https://www.lawpath.com.au/westpac-open and completing checkout.
  5. What’s included in the Offers?
    1. The following Offers can be activated and used:
      1. 12 Month Free Essentials Plan subscription 
      2. 1 Free ABN Registration
      3. 1 Standard Compliance Package without processing fees
    2. After activating and using an Eligible Product subscription under the Offers, you will receive a 100% discount on the annual price for the subscription for the balance of the Subscription Period.
    3. After activating and using the ABN Registration, you will recieve a one-time discount on the processing for this package.
    4. After activating and using the Standard Compliance Package, you will receive a one-time discount on the processing fees for this package. You must pay for the associated government fee of $538 on checkout.
    5. The government fee of $538 is subject to change.
  6. What’s not included in the Offer?
    1. The Offers only apply to the standard inclusions associated with an Eligible Product subscription or package.
    2. The Offers does not apply to Legal Advice or Legal Advice and Accounting Plans. By accepting the Eligible Product subscription, you agree to pay any additional fees or charges incurred to upgrade to the Legal Advice or Legal Advice and Accounting Plans during or after the Subscription Period.
    3. The Offers does not apply to Basic Compliance and Full Compliance Packages. By accepting the Offers, you agree to pay any full fees or charges incurred for additional company registration(s) during or after activating the one-time Standard Compliance Package without processing fees.
  7. What happens at the end of the Subscription Period? At the end of the Subscription Period for the Eligible Product subscription, the cost of your Eligible Product subscription will automatically revert to the then-standard RRP.
  8. What are other conditions of the Offer?
    1. The Offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer and is not transferable. You can use the best offer available to you at a single point in time, but cannot be combined with other offers at any point in time.
    2. The Offers are subject to the Lawpath Terms and Conditions of Use.
    3. If, during the Subscription Period, you need to change the Westpac Business Card associated with your Eligible Product subscription, to remain an Eligible Customer and receive the Offer you can only replace those payment details with another Westpac Business Card or a Westpac business transaction account (via direct debit).
    4. If you cease to hold a Westpac Business One Account, your Lawpath account and access will be cancelled.
    5. If you choose to cancel before the end of the Subscription Period for the Essentials Plan, you will have access until the end of the Subscription Period. However you will not be able to re-subscribe to the Essentials Plan with a 100% discount.

B. WESTPAC DISCLAIMER

  1. Westpac is not a party to the Offer or any contract you enter into as a result of the Offer and does not make any representations about or guarantee the quality of Lawpath software or any Eligible Product or its suitability for your circumstances.
  2. To the extent the law allows, Westpac does not accept any responsibility for losses suffered as a result of your acceptance of the Offer or use of an Eligible Product.

C. GENERAL

  1. We reserve the right to rescind any discounts provided to you under the Offer if:
    1. you are not, or cease to be, an Eligible Customer;
    2. you don’t comply with the Terms and Conditions of Use applying to the Eligible Product or any other related Lawpath product; or
    3. in our reasonable opinion you are trying to obtain benefits from the Offers that you are not entitled to.
  2. The Offers does not replace or limit your statutory rights, including your rights under applicable consumer laws.
  3. We may collect and use information about you for the purpose of administering the Offers. Your personal information will otherwise be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy which contains more information on how we collect, use and disclose your personal information.

In these terms and conditions:

Eligible Product means Essentials Plan, Virtual Office subscription or Standard Compliance Package without processing fees.

Discounted Period means a maximum 12-month period commencing on the first day of your subscription under this Offer, during which time the 100% discount to your base subscription will apply.

Lawpath, we, us, our means Lawpath Operations Pty Limited (ACN 163 055 954).

New Lawpath Customers means customers that have not paid for an Lawpath product subscription for at least 3 months prior to the date of taking up these Offers.

Offers means our Westpac Business One Plus Customer Exclusive Offers, which is offered to you by us under the Offer Terms and is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Eligible Product.

Offer Terms means these terms and conditions.

Subscription Period means the period between the date you first subscribe to an Eligible Product under the Offer, until the end of the Discounted Period.

Westpac means Westpac Banking Corporation (ABN 33 007 457 141).

Westpac Business Card means the following Westpac cards:

  • Altitude Business Gold Mastercard Credit Card
  • Altitude Business Gold Visa Credit Card
  • Altitude Business Platinum Mastercard Credit Card
  • Altitude Business Platinum Visa Credit Card
  • Business Debit Mastercard
  • BusinessChoice Everyday Visa Credit Card
  • BusinessChoice Everyday Mastercard Credit Card
  • BusinessChoice Rewards Platinum Mastercard Credit Card
  • BusinessChoice Rewards Platinum Visa Credit Card
  • Mastercard BusinessChoice Credit Card
  • Westpac Corporate Card
  • Westpac Purchasing Card

Westpac Business Transaction Account means the Westpac Business One  Account.
