Ropa is an accountant with four years of experience in corporate tax and business advisory. She works with small business clients across a broad range of compliance and advisory matters, including tax compliance, bookkeeping, BAS and IAS lodgements, and ongoing strategic support.
Her work spans small and medium enterprises across a range of industries, including hospitality, retail, and aged care. She understands that each sector carries its own pressures and compliance considerations, and she tailors her support to the realities of the industry a client operates in. She also regularly helps clients navigate more technical matters, such as Division 7A loan arrangements.
Beyond compliance, she supports clients with the decisions that shape their business, from choosing the right structure at the outset to planning for wind-down when the time comes. She takes the time to understand each client's specific circumstances first, then applies the relevant rules to their situation rather than offering generic advice.
She is committed to a clear and simple communication style. Tax and compliance can feel overwhelming, so she makes a point of explaining obligations in a way that is easy to follow, so clients understand not just what needs to happen, but why it matters for their business and how it benefits them.
Her role is to be on a journey alongside her clients, empowering them with confidence.
