Ben is a founder of Kay & Hughes, and specialises in providing commercial, legal and intellectual property advice to the entertainment, media and arts industries. Solving other people’s problems is what he does best. He’s particularly experienced with the requirements of the film, television, theatre, advertising and media industries, and have significant experience in relation to the acquisition, protection and effective exploitation of intellectual property and content. Much of his practice focuses on the effective protection of individual and business reputation. He holds a Master of Laws Degree from the University of New South Wales, with a specialisation in Media and Technology Law.
