Throughout Bindu's career she has developed an excellent reputation for successfully arguing cases, conducting thorough research and for my mediation skills. Being utilised by firms to take on the complex cases, at times challenging constitutional provisions and amendments.
Apart from providing legal expertise, guidance and strategies to clients, she was regularly called on by the Courts to act as Mediator on a number of cases as well as Court Commission preparing reports on specific case matters. Committed to giving back to the industry and community she has through my various memberships actively organised industry seminars and legal training programs, been utilised as a Legal Lecturer and also undertaken a significant amount of Volunteer and Legal Aid work.
