Mark has 20 years' experience in commercial, business and trade practices law, employment law, workplace relations, work health and safety, health, medico-legal and consumer law.
Mark has worked for a number of leading law firms and businesses, as well as becoming a specialist author for leading legal publishing companies, writing on employment and work health and safety.
In addition to being a solicitor, Mark has also trained as a barrister with the Australian Bar Assocation and practised in commercial, trade practices, employment, professional conduct, migration and criminal law at Mitchell Chambers.
Since 2016 Mark has been principal of his own legal practice which specialises in commercial, business and employment law. He is an experienced court advocate and represents clients in hearings before the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts, as well as the Federal Court and High Court of Australia, He also represents clients in small business disputes and debt recoveries, NCAT, VCAT, QCAT and SACAT matters, Fair Work Commission and Industrial Relations Court hearings and professional disciplinary tribunals.
He gained his Masters of Law, focusing on labour and human rights law, from the University of Sydney in 2018.
Mark has offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane CBDs.
