Paul Bradley is a partner in Cowell Clarke’s Commercial Transactions, Corporate and Environment, Planning & Sustainability practice groups and team leader of the Energy & Resources practice group.
Paul works with ASX listed companies, including operators and producers of oil and gas, energy and mineral businesses. He has substantial commercial and corporate transactional experience and has worked in large international transactions and local smaller transactions. He has experience implementing efficient and typical transaction structures, to very innovative complex transaction structures and provides his clients with deal management appropriate to the transaction.
