Phuong is a collaborative and commercially-minded advisor with over 18 years’ experience spanning the legal, finance, and technology sectors. With a career spanning Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong, she is experienced in providing legal and compliance support for local and global businesses of varying sizes from startups to scale-ups.
She has worked extensively in-house during her career so knows operating and growing a business is not black and white. She is committed to partnering with clients to help them navigate the grey.
Phuong can provide support in several areas including general corporate and commercial, technology, corporate governance and corporate structuring, financing and fund raising, financial services regulation (traditional asset classes and digital assets/crypto), compliance, IP licensing + commercialisation and employment law.
She was selected for Asian Legal Business’ inaugural “40 under 40” list which recognised bright legal talent across Asia. She holds a Masters of Laws and Bachelors in Law and International Business. She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
