Within Property Law & Conveyancing, Zoe works extensively in the areas of residential and commercial conveyancing, off-the-plan projects, commercial and retail leasing, buying property through self-managed superannuation funds, discharging and refinancing mortgages, as well as debt recovery in the Local Court.
Within Family Law, Zoe is experienced in parenting, property disputes and settlements, having appeared in the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court.
