Martin has over 25 years experience as a commercial solicitor, with specialist training in negotiation. Having worked with Freehills, Minter Ellison and Baker and McKenzie, Martin established MIA Contract Lawyers in 2010.

MIA Contract Lawyers is a boutique commercial practice with extensive experience in negotiating various types of commercial agreements, including procurement agreements, service agreements, distribution agreements, shareholder agreements, franchise agreements. Franchising is a particular specialisation of the firm.
