Lisa has worked solely in the area of Family Law both in Queensland and South Australia in both children and property matters. She is skilled at assessing her client’s needs and has experience in dealing with domestic violence allegations and issues arising from changes made to the Family Law Act (1975) in the past few years regarding shared parental responsibility and shared care arrangements.
Her commercial experience has allowed her a unique insight into the financial aspects of separation and she has significant experience in managing large property settlements and complex matters.
