Shavin Silva has been with the Adelaide Legal team for over a year and has already assisted on matters ranging from Magistrates, District and Supreme Court litigation and more recently on a ground-breaking High Court Appeal.
Shavin’s commerce and accounting degree provides him with a keen insight into the commercial underpinnings of the matters he deals with, ranging from preparing complex terms of trade, business structures, corporate governance and insolvency and bankruptcy law matters for our sister firm Pace Lawyers, where he also works on repossession matters, commercial advisory and insolvency law.
