Document Overview

Under the new changes to the Tax Act, effective from 1 July 2015, a special "ESS Start-Up Concession" is available to eligible companies. As a potential provider, the information you give in the ESS Eligibility Check helps to determine whether your Company, Offer and Employee have eligibility for the 'ESS Start-Up Taxc Concession'. An Eligbility Report will be generate, to the provider, you, and should be used to assist with the initial planning and information gathering stages, rather than as a replacement for professional advice.   • You are establishing and intending on being a provider of an Employee Share Scheme for Options and would like determine if your company is eligible for the 'ESS Start-Up Concession'.
