Document Overview

Under the new changes to the Tax Act, effective from 1 July 2015, a special "ESS Start-Up Concession" is available to eligible companies. The information you provide in the ESS Eligibility Check helps to determine whether your Company, Offer and Employee are eligible for the ‘ESS Start-Up Tax Concession’. An Eligibility Report will be generated, and should be used to assist with the initial planning and information gathering stages, rather than as a replacement for professional advice.
